Draft Prospects was founded and is managed by brothers Scott Nelson and Shane Nelson, who have both had the privilege of playing WAFL football with the West Perth Football Club.

Through their combined experiences, skills and countless hours immersed in the game, they have developed a deep understanding of football, along with strong connections to some of the best players and coaches in the sport. This foundation has shaped the vision of Draft Prospects, which is to build an experienced, elite team of highly qualified, like-minded mentors who understand modern player needs, development pathways and the importance of personal connection. Their passion lies in developing aspiring footballers, from junior athletes through to professionals, on both a football and personal level.
